I have three levels to my business.  I try to make sure my independent contractors are making money as quickly as possible. But their success is dependant on their abilities. The most important than is good personality and good customer service. 

The first level is an 800 line, this is also referred to as trolling. independent contractors will have their own 800 number and a character to play, and will be taught some basic procedures for marketing your character. It will be the employee’s responsibility to take those procedures and get calls coming in. The employee is responsible for collecting the callers credit card information, and charging him correctly. You need high speed internet access and a standard phone line. Employees will earn $1.00 a minute for actual talk time, on the 800 lines. Bonuses are available. The next level is Dispatch- I receive the initial call, take the credit card information, and then I would forward the call to you. I have several dispatch sites. I will call you with a pre-approved caller and inform you of the time available. You are not required to market these lines. These calls are random. The third level is an automated system. Pay varies but allows you to make money right away. You will have no time frame restraints. You do not have to market yourself. Your rate of pay is low but you get a lot of calls. 

This is not a get rich plan.  It is a job and requires work. I require a minimum of 40 hours worked a week, but don’t let that scare you.  You have to be available for calls during that time but you can be doing your homework or watching TV. You will not be required to sit at a computer during your entire shift.

What you are required to provide for the job?
* A copy of your social security card and driver's license (or other valid photo I.D.) must be provided. 
* A quiet place in which to conduct your business calls
* A separate phone line for business or phone line that only you answer during working hours.
* A good phone with clear sound and a mute button is recommend. I suggest investing in a headset.
* A stopwatch or other reliable means of clocking your time accurately.
* An access to the internet  and an email account through DSL or Cable Modem.
* A filing system (index card file is fine) for keeping records of clients.

What's your responsibilities?
* You are required to talk to the clients, and yes most times this will be a sexual conversation.  Our clients are free to speak on any subject they like, and all areas of sex is open for discussion.
* You will need to be open and well versed in a number of fetishes, fantasies and kinks.
* Must be willing to work at least 30 hours a week. You set your own schedule. You can work outside your schedule hours   but those will be consider extra hours, you must still fill your schedule shift.
* To handle yourself while on shift with us in a professional and respectful manner.


800 line and web cam women have additional responsibilities.
 * You are required to market their character. I wide variety of options are available for you to choose from and a training class is provided.
 * You will process credit cards. You will ask for credit card information. You are required to take the online training class.

 

* Women with accents are in demand and encouraged to apply. (Hispanic, Asian, etc.) 
 

* You may work for other services as long has you are up front and honest about it. Your sales for HEH can not suffer do to your other job.

* Experience is preferred, but not required.
